Terms of Sales, Warranty and Return

Autberg Private Limited strive to solve your problem in a fast and professional manner. You find the solution to most product issues on our online support site or by contacting Autberg Support.

In case we are unable to resolve your query here and you have a product covered by our Warranty terms (see below), please follow the instructions applicable for your region, or contact your local Autberg Support for guidance how to return your product. You will always need your receipt or other proof of purchase to claim warranty.

What’s your return policy?

We understand that sometimes you can have a change of heart after placing an order. Our products can be refunded if it is returned within 7 days of placing the order. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This includes the packaging as well. 

Please note that individual items from kits/bundles cannot be returned, and only the entire kit may be returned.

Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with you’re the product for any reason or it is defective, simply return the product within 3-days for a full refund of your order excluding shipping and handling, (this condition applies if you report this incident immediately upon receiving the product and no later than 24hrs of delivery). A refund will be issued within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned item.

Warranty: Limited Warranty. Autberg™ warrants to the person who originally purchased, that this product will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a 90 Day Warrant Period, subject to conditions. These conditions include; the warranty applying only to the original purchaser. To submit a warranty claim, the following conditions must be met:

  1. you have purchased  product from www.autberg.com 
  2. you have proof of product purchase date,
  3. you must return the product to Autberg Private Limited 
  4. you must have used the product only as intended and as suggested in the product guide.
  5. Should have not used product in professional/commercial purpose. If a defect occurs and your request meets the warranty conditions we will replace or refund at our discretion.
